1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using any Holiday Lights University products, services, digital resources, Learning Center, community, coaching, or training ("Training"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use Holiday Lights University.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Holiday Lights University is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. Individuals under 18 may only access the Training with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

3. What's Included

Depending on your purchase, your access may include:

• Video training
• Downloadable resources
• Templates
• Marketing materials
• CRM templates
• Contracts
• Graphic design resources
• Community access
• Live Q&A sessions
• Future updates included with your purchase
• Any other digital resources offered as part of Holiday Lights University

Holiday Lights University reserves the right to modify, update, improve, replace, or discontinue any content or resources at any time.

4. Lifetime Access

Your purchase includes lifetime access to the Training for as long as Holiday Lights University continues to operate the applicable product or service.

Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the Training—not your lifetime.

Should Holiday Lights University discontinue operations or permanently retire a product, access may end without additional compensation.

5. Purchases & Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers including, but not limited to:

• Stripe
• Kajabi Payments
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Afterpay
• Klarna

Holiday Lights University does not store your complete payment information.

Sales tax will be collected where required by law.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Policy

Holiday Lights University offers a 24-hour money-back guarantee beginning at the time of purchase.

After the initial 24-hour period expires:

• No refunds
• No chargebacks
• No cancellations
• No exchanges

will be granted except where required by applicable law.

7. Learning Center Accounts

Access to the Training requires creating an account.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Maintain accurate account information.
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your account is licensed to one individual only.

Sharing accounts, passwords, or purchased materials with others is strictly prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All Training materials are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Videos
• Downloads
• Templates
• Contracts
• Marketing materials
• CRM systems
• Graphic assets
• Website resources
• Business systems
• Checklists
• Written content
• Community content created by Holiday Lights University

Purchasing the Training grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for your own business use.

You do not acquire ownership of any intellectual property.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Share your account.
• Share downloaded materials.
• Upload Training content online.
• Record or redistribute videos.
• Teach, resell, sublicense, or republish the Training.
• Copy any portion of the Training to create competing products.
• Circumvent security measures.
• Reverse engineer the Learning Center.
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination without refund.

10. Marketing Materials License

Certain templates, examples, graphics, and marketing resources are included with your purchase.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, these materials are licensed only for your own holiday light installation business.

Certain marketing examples included within the Training are intended solely for private client communication.

These materials may not be used publicly, including but not limited to:

• Websites
• Landing pages
• Social media posts
• Google Ads
• Facebook Ads
• Instagram Ads
• TikTok Ads
• Printed advertisements
• Public marketing campaigns

Their intended purpose is to assist with one-on-one communication with prospective clients.

Holiday Lights University reserves the right to revoke access for misuse.

11. Discord Community

Access to the Holiday Lights University community is a privilege.

We reserve the right to remove members or revoke access for:

• Harassment
• Spam
• Sharing copyrighted material
• Soliciting students
• Promoting competing products
• Disruptive behavior
• Violating community rules

Removal from the community does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Student Content

By voluntarily posting photos, videos, testimonials, comments, reviews, or completed installations within the Holiday Lights University community, Discord server, social media, or directly to Holiday Lights University, you grant Holiday Lights University LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display that content for marketing, promotional, educational, or business purposes.

If you do not wish your content to be used, please do not submit or post it.

13. Educational Disclaimer

Holiday Lights University provides educational information only.

Nothing within the Training constitutes:

• Legal advice
• Accounting advice
• Tax advice
• Financial advice
• Insurance advice
• Professional engineering advice

Students are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws, licensing requirements, insurance requirements, and business regulations in their area.

14. No Guarantee of Results

Every student's results will vary.

Holiday Lights University makes no guarantees regarding:

• Revenue
• Profit
• Number of clients
• Business success
• Marketing performance
• Income

Your success depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including your effort, experience, market conditions, pricing, communication, and execution.

Any examples of revenue, installations, or student success stories are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holiday Lights University LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Training.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holiday Lights University LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Training or your violation of these Terms.

17. Termination

Holiday Lights University reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access without notice for violations of these Terms.

Termination does not waive any legal remedies available to Holiday Lights University.

18. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Arizona.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

19. Changes to These Terms

Holiday Lights University may modify these Terms at any time.

The updated version will become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the Training constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
